Our HiLo Trap Bar is an awesome addition to any weight room as it offers a more friendly way to perform deadlift motions at heavy weight, than that of the traditional straight bar deadlift.  Using the Trap bar will allow the athlete to avoid stress on the lower spine while deadlifting. It has two grips on it one higher and one level with the bar. The grip area on the Wright Hex Bar is a less aggressive knurl.
